THIS IS A MANAGER LEVEL POSITION AND PRIOR MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY!!!!!!

 

Job Description:

-          Need strong manager-level leader to oversee platforms and consultants, assess requests from users and next generation platform development team (they will make requests at various phases).

-          Maintenance requests include:  rate increases (acquisition and retention renewal), PeopleSoft GL chart-of-accounts component expansion (interface project), multivariate offer testing for online acquisition offers (one page subscribe).

-          Manager must have fantastic communication skills for interacting with developers, colleagues, business stakeholders.

 

Tech must-haves:

• Java/J2EE, C, C++
• Object and Aspect Oriented Design and Development
• SOA, Rest, SOAP
• Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, XML/RPC, TCP/IP, HTTP, JBOSS, Apache.
• Ant, Maven, Cruise Control, Subversion, Struts, MVC
• Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• IoC container technologies: Spring, Nucleus.
• ORM technologies: Hibernate, iBatis.
• Testing methodologies and technologies.

 

Nice to haves:

• Messaging and clustering technologies
• Networking Architectures
• Network Infrastructure Design
• Systems Architectures
• Capacity Management and Design
• Transaction Management in Distributed Environments
• Ecommerce Systems and Design
• Database Architectures and Design
• ATG Commerce, Oracle BRM, Kana Call Center Portal
• Experience with vendor-based product due diligence and evaluation methodologies.
