Description
5+ years experience as a business analyst leading Call Center implementations in an automotive / Service context
- Proven skills and experience with call center components
- Ability to understand and communicate call center business processes
- Previous experience with leading project teams and project management practices and techniques
- Ability to take initiative and seek out information from business team members
- Ability to interact with business representatives at various levels of management
- Ability to assist in providing effort estimates for call center implementation based on past experience
- Ability to organize unstructured information from planning sessions into formal business requirements documents
- Must be able to work well under pressure, independently prioritize workloads and work under time constraints
- Must be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Secondary Skills: - Experience with Knowledge Management Systems in an automotive / Service context
- Previous experience integrating Call Center and legacy/reference applications
- Experience with consolidating multiple call centers
- Subject matter knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Depth of Siebel 7.x/8.x CRM knowledge and experience, preferably within the automotive vertical
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Duties: The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and validating business and functional processes for a Call Center business project. This role will involve documenting current processes and future state business requirements while managing project schedule and direction. The analyst is expected to be a subject matter expert in the Call Center technology space from a business and operational perspective and should possess deep knowledge and implementation experience with call center components. Specific duties will include: - Participate in business and system planning sessions - Work with business units to understand and document current call center business processes - Assist/define project scope and prioritization and planning of deliverables - Analyze current business processes and identify improvements to optimize performance - Participate in and/or facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions - Create business requirements and functional design documents
