Resource Responsibilities:
1. This resource will report to Information Technology
? Must use the standards and guidelines established by IT development and take direction from Health?s developer manager.
? All code must conform to Health IT's standards and guidelines. Documentation will be provided at start date.
2. Must have prior work experience with WDH systems including WCIS.
3. Must know and understand Department of Health Business practices and knowledge of existing systems.
4. Must have senior level experience in .NET web application development using industry standards and best practices.
? 7+ years experience developing .NET web applications using C#/VB
? 7 + years working with MS SQL databases
? Understand ORM and experience developing under this model
? Automated Regression Testing experience
? Must have at least 2 years Experience as a lead architect/developer.
5. Work with existing development team to deliver code in a timely fashion for WCIS Tier 3 implementation.
6. Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
7. Must coordinate releases to production using Health?s release management process.
8. Attend daily SCRUM meetings and provide appropriate input.
9. Attend any relevant project meetings.
10. Suggests areas for improvement in existing applications along with possible solutions
11. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
12. Able to work in a rapid paced coding environment using AGILE methodologies
