Description	US Citizens and Green Cards only Skills: ? The Designer will be responsible for graphic design and all new UI design concepts including both branding, logo design and interactive media presentation for the web. Background in UI and Usability analysis a plus. ? Focus is on strengths in graphics for web work - interactive media experience a must, particularly interactive graphics and icons. ? Candidate needs to take directions, gather requirements for Graphics/UI Design and deliver products with little oversight ? Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, interaction design, or a design-related field ? Minimum of 5 years of experience designing interactive software products ? Experience designing data-centric, line-of-business productivity applications is a definite plus, designing these for the web is even better ? Strong graphic design and typography skills with the ability to define and communicate brand through design ? Excellent understanding of style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow with an ability to systematically define visual style guidelines for productivity applications ? Expert level skills with standard design tools (Photoshop, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) ? HTML, XHTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, and PHP.
